Center fielder Mike Cameron connected with a 'big fly' and had 3 RBI as the
Jefferson Park Penguins defeated the California Gangsta Luv 10 to 6 at the
ballpark.
Cameron enjoyed a big day at the plate. He laced a one-base hit in the 2nd
inning, bombed a two-run dinger (his 12th of the season) in the 4th inning
and doubled in the 8th inning. Despite losing, California out-hit Jefferson
Park 15 to 10.
Jon Lieber(4-3) allowed 4 runs in 5 and 2/3 innings, and picked up the
victory. Livan Hernandez(8-5) suffered the loss. He allowed 4 homeruns in 4
and 1/3 innings of work.
